Younique Review

Younique is a social network based direct sales company that sells a full line of all natural mineral based cosmetics for women. Their products are all natural, organic, mineral based and free of parabens, oils, chemicals, synthetic fragrances, and cheap fillers (such as talc). Their Moodstruck line consists of their top selling 3D Fiber Lashes, mineral eye pigments, concealers, blushers, primers, as well as face and eye brushes that are all made of authentic goat and pony hair, and are 100% cruelty free.

I had the opportunity to work with Stephanie Parham and review a variety of products offered by Younique

3D Fiber lashes  and eye pigments: 2 of their best sellers. Both of these products are amazing and I fell in love with them. The 3D fiber lashes are easy to work with and create amazing results. Enhance your lashes up to 300%! The eye pigment can be used wet as an eyeliner or dry as an eye shadow. These pigments are amazing. Very vivid colors and smooth application, they have a gorgeous shimmer and really make your eyes stand out!

Concealer: This concealer is wonderful! Easily cover blemishes, dark spots, and under eye circles with this powdered all natural concealer. Its not cakey nor does it leave a masking look, very clean and flawless appearance while using it, and it lasts all day!

Primer: A must have staple in your beauty regimen. The primer is applied to your bare skin before applying any makeup. It creates a smooth canvas in which to create your masterpiece! This clear odorless formula leaves skin silky smooth with a porcelain finish. It is sweat proof and lasts all day. I love this product! My makeup lasts all day while using the primer and I love the way it makes my skin feel!

So far all of the products I have tried from Younique have been amazing! This is a great company with great products being offered. I fell in love with this chopper the first time I used it. The simplicity of it is my favorite part. No wires or multiple pieces to put together, its practically ready to use right out of the box! The blades are super sharp and chop right through any item with ease. I have used it to chop onions, garlic, lettuce, peppers, and more. The small style makes it easy to store, and since you don't have to plug it in you can use it anywhere! Clean up is a breeze, simply snap apart, remove blades and place in the dishwasher! This little gadget has been very helpful for me in my kitchen, it has replaced my "other" electronic chopper because it works just as good without the hassle. I LOVE my Chop and Prep!

The products and my Review:

Big Fat Yummy Hand Cream: Take special care of your hands with this portable formulation in fabulous fragrances. Posh's Big Fat Yummy Hand Créme features apricot kernel oil. It’s loaded with vitamins A and E to easily penetrate the driest skin without feeling greasy.
I am in love with this hand cream. I used it after I scrubbed my hands with the sugar fix and they felt amazing. The cream is not oily or greasy feeling in any way, and absorbed super quick, leaving my hands feeling smooth, refreshed and smelling amazing.

This has got to be the best thing I have tried on my lips! I always seem to have problems with dry lips especially in the hot summer and cold winter months. This amazing scrub revitalized my lips, and left them smooth and healthy looking. I loved that I didn't have to rinse it off, and a little bit went a long way. After repeated use my lips looked amazing and I didn't have any peeling or dryness. I got the DaMintcha mint flavored scrub and the minty coolness it leaves is awesome! This is definitely something I want to always have on hand.

Origami Owl Review

I had the wonderful opportunity to review a beautiful locket necklace with charms from Origami Owl-Carly Couthen Independent Designer. For those of you that are not familiar with Origami Owl they are a direct selling business that offers customers the ability to tell a story with their jewelry. Customers can purchase lockets and fill them with an assortment of charms and accents. Every jewelry creation serves as a reminder of who you are, where you have been, where you are going and the dreams you carry in your heart. So, look inside yourself to create fun, fashionable, meaningful jewelry that is as unique as you are.

My Review:
I received a medium silver crystal locket with a silver ball chain and 3 charms. Carly picked out 3 charms for me so what I received was a surprise. When I received my package, (which I may add the packaging is adorable), I was so excited! I immediately opened it to reveal its contents. It took me just a few seconds to open the locket and place the charms inside and the result was stunning! I love the way it looks and even more I love the way it can be personalized. I can see where these lockets can be addicting. I instantly put it on and felt like a million bucks! I get so many compliments while wearing this necklace, and I absolutely love how you can see each individual charm inside. I was concerned that the charms would be too small to be seen but they aren't, and the crystals on the locket are so sparkly, I love anything with bling so this is right up my alley, but if you prefer a more subtle look they offer a variety of lockets with and without crystals, and the choices of charms are endless! There are so many possibilities with these lockets, I highly suggest any jewelry lover to get one and create their own story.
